What to do when a customer reports that they can't access the SkyVisitor website.

Please follow guidelines below

REPLICATE! - Check to see if we experience what the customer is describing. If we can, record your findings and test further by using different browsers, networks, domains etc.

CHECK Spamhaus - This will tell us if our domain has been blacklisted. Most companies internet blockers will use this website and block any domains that are flagged as spam. - https://check.spamhaus.org/results?query=skyvisitor.com

CHECK ANS Status Page - The status page will tell us if there is any maintenance or outage on ANS's side which may be preventing customers from accessing the website. - https://status.ans.co.uk/?ref=dashboard

INFORM Lisa and Pieter - If there are any problems with customers not being able to access the website Lisa and Pieter must be told immediately in order to help minimise disruption to our customers. Advise them of your findings from the above, even if you think it's been fixed, inform them anyway.
