Unable to access SkyVisitor inductions/files/ content on static.com

We have repointed https://static.skyvisitor.com to point to an azure storage account called snsstatic01- this is now locked to https (http should redirect) and it is case-sensitive.

For new files: the process moving forward needs to be that all file names and folder names are in lower case.  No CAPS no G A P S.

 - If a video/ file is not showing, the first step would be to check that the link on SkyVisitor matches the exact location of the file.
