SKYTOUCH performance slow

When entering a name or scanning a QR to check in to SKYTouCH - the response time is elongated

Affecting: Microsoft Surface Tablets
Certain builds and devices have been affected by a Windows update- around the time of the Crowdstrike update Summer 2024.

If these updates have run and the performance becomes slow, the only option currently is to send out a replacement tablet and collect the 'updated one'.

ACTIONS:
Roll Back - not effective; Restore not effective
Analysis of Windows versions and Update versions inconclusive.

Support escalation to Microsoft - they are 'working on it'
