Setting Specific Access Level for SkyVisitor users pushed to Net2
Set default access level for SkyVisitor Net2 Users
Particularly useful for application with SkyTouch as access levels cannot be selected during check-in. If the client was a specific access level to apply to visitors - this is the best way to accomplish that.
You will need access to their Net2 server, all operators in Net2 are created from an existing user in Net2.
1. Go into users and search the name of the operator being used in SkyVisitor. Their user profile should now appear - Double click the entry to open the user profile.
2. Choose the desired access level from the dropdown + click Apply
3. Go to Paxton Administration in the SkyVisitor Settings
4. Click 'Sync with Paxton Server' button
5. Operator changes will have now synced with SkyVisitor
6. Create a brand new visitor and check them in
7. Go back into Net2 and check the access level is being applied to the new user in Net2
