Paxton Net2 and SkyVisitor Apps - Set up
How to set up SkyVisitor to automatically create a Token, Pin, QR on check-in, to allow your Visitors securely through Net2 Access Controlled gates, speed-lanes, turnstiles, doors, without a 2nd step being required.
This functionality, known as SkyPax is a network communication between the SKYVISITOR Reception Apps (Manned 'Booker' or 'SkyTouch') enabling SkyVisitor to create a Temporary User in Net2, with specific access, for a specific time.
This adds an additional control layer on top of the 'Access Levels & Time Zones' in Net2, by offering the option to revoke access on Visit Expiry Time, regardless of the end time of the Time Zone.
It requires the SkyPax Module on your subscription
Simple Set Up in Brief
Create a User in Net2 called SkyVisitor (or similar), and elevate to an Operator.
Set the Access Level for this user to be the access level you wish to give your Visitors.
Create a Group called SkyVisitor, and place this user in the group. [This is purely so that records created by SkyVisitor are neatly in group, and can be easily identified).
Access the Settings in your SkyVisitor Booker App and / or your SkyTouch App.
These settings need to be applied to each device that you want to use to grant Net2 Access.
In the Paxton Administration section of the SkyVisitor App Settings, you need to enter the Name or IP of the Paxton Server. The IP should be static. If it is not, then it is advised to use the name of the server instead.
Enter the UserName and Password you have created for your SkyVisitor Net2 User.

In your SkyVisitor web app, you need to have some custom fields created.
