I'm unable to access Reports in SKYVISITOR.cloud
We are currently updating our reports function which may impact you being able to access the reports page. If you need to access reports in SKYVISITOR.cloud, there are currently two available methods while this is in progress.
Reporting update:
The reporting area is currently being reworked, so some reports and layouts may change during this period.
The two methods are...
1. Use the Report Generator:

The Report Generator allows you to create your own queries and export the results in a range of formats.

Click here to access the Report Generator. It may look similar to the following image:

Use this option if you want to build a custom report or export data for further review.
2. Use the pre-built reports area:

A selection of pre-built reports are also available.

Click here to access our pre-built reports. It should look similar to this:

This is a useful option if you want to review standard reporting without creating a custom query.
If you cannot find the report you need:

If the report you need is not available through either method, please contact our friendly team.

While the reporting changes are in progress, reports can still be provided directly from SQL as an interim solution.

Platform update - SAFETYNET.ONE

Safetynet Solutions is developing SAFETYNET.ONE, a new platform designed to support future compliance, security, integration, and operational needs.

Over time, this platform is intended to replace SKYVISITOR.com and SKYVISITOR.cloud. The goal is to provide a stronger foundation for continued improvement, including better agility, smoother integrations, and an improved user experience.
