I do not see the REQUEST VISIT option on the SAFEWORKS MOBILE portal / Get message 'Your Account is Currently Pending Approval'
Contractor is registered, but doesn't see the bar to click and REQUEST VISIT.
Affecting 1, some, but NOT ALL COMPANIES?
This is due to the Company is Authorised Custom Field in SKYVISITOR admin. It needs to be set to YES.
If it says NO, set to YES, and save.
If it already says YES, change it to NO and save, then change it back to YES, and save. Effectively refreshing the permission / authorisation.
This can happen if the default says YES on set up. It is remedied quickly.
Affecting all Companies? - Tech - check the Custom Field Mapping shows the correct Field ID.
