How to fix Booker crashing when taking signature

Often a reinstall of the booker application fixes any errors related to crashing when taking a signature.

In your windows search box in your taskbar, type %appdata% and then hit the Enter key on your keyboard.

This will then open up a file explorer. At the top of the file explorer where it shows the file path, click 'AppData' then navigate to the 'Local' File > 'Apps' and within apps delete the 2.0 folder.

Now, reopen the booker and try again, it will ask you to reinstall the application but will not require an admin password.

If it says file is in use then please ensure the booker application or any other SkyTouch applications are closed.
