Objective

To safely and efficiently install SKYVISITOR software and provide user training on its operation.

Scope of Work

  1. Preparation

    • Confirm installation date and time with Client.
    • Ensure all necessary equipment and software are available.
  2. Installation of Printer and Scanner

    • Turn off all equipment before starting.
    • Plug in the desktop printer and scanner following manufacturer instructions.
    • Verify connections and functionality.
  3. Software Installation

    • Install SKYVISITOR software following the provided guidelines.
    • Perform compatibility checks and troubleshoot any issues.
  4. User Training

    • Conduct a training session covering all aspects of SKYVISITOR software.
    • Provide training materials and resources.
    • Offer follow-up support for any questions or issues.

Responsibilities
