PowerShell Connection tests for devices connecting to .Com and .Cloud

1. Open PowerShell as admin

2. Run the following tests, swapping the port number for each of the connection tests (4 test total for this server IP address):

test-netconnection 85.210.41.138 -port 443

Tests need to be done using the '-port *NUMBER*' for each of these:

-port 443 / -port 80 / -port 1433 / -port 45601

Note: 45601 is for access via Windows applications

3. Then the same tests need to be carried out, altering the IP address to the alternate designation, 20.162.22.212 (3 test total for this server IP address):

This would look like: test-netconnection 20.162.22.212 -port 443

Ensuring test are completed for -port 443 / -port 80 / -port 1433

(NOTE IF .CLOUD): When some tests are successful but 1433 and 45601 are unsuccessful, enter 'What is my ip address' into any web browser on the device and open the first link. This will present the external IP for the network connection - Cross reference this with the external IP recorded against the company in HubSpot. If there is no record of this IP address, pass to Ross Worth to add to the allow list.
